I was stuck, blocked, and very close to giving up. I was obsessed with figuring out HOW, WHY, and WHERE my pain came from—but the truth is, you don’t need to figure it out to release it.
At the rock bottom of my healing journey, I was experiencing serious medical issues and felt like I had failed myself.
That’s when I fully committed to somatically healing myself—with the pure intention to release.
Using breathwork, yoga focused on muscles that hold stuck emotions, and neuro-rewiring meditations, my life completely changed.
I didn’t just get my life back—I had a full rebirth.
My yoga studies have always been rooted in self-recovery, and I’ve devoted my career to understanding the somatic system. Once I healed myself, I knew I had to share this gift with as many people as possible.

Somatic Breath Work
Somatic breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to create changes in your nervous system and emotional state.
When we experience trauma or long-term stress, our body gets stuck in fight, flight, or freeze. By breathing in specific ways, we can:
✅ Activate the body’s natural ability to release trapped emotions and energy
✅ Lower cortisol levels and move out of survival mode
✅ Bring the body into safety so healing can happen

This is not just a regular yoga flow. It’s a movement practice that targets areas of the body where emotions and trauma get stored—like the hips, chest, shoulders, and jaw.
These postures help to:
✅ Unlock tight muscles that “hold” fear, anger, sadness, or grief
✅ Improve circulation and lymph flow to release stored tension
✅ Help you connect back to your body and feel safe inside it again

Exit Mediation to Process
Our brain operates in different wave states. When we slow our breath and relax our body, we enter alpha and theta brain waves—the states where the subconscious mind is most open to change.
This part of the session helps you:
✅ Calm the nervous system and shift out of stress
✅ Rewire old patterns and limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious
✅ Create new, supportive thoughts and beliefs that align with your goals and manifestations

Working with Caroline through her somatic breathwork and yoga has helped me access and release emotions I didn’t even realize I was holding. I’ve always intellectualized my feelings, assuming I had processed my past (I did — cognitively though, not physically) until I experienced the deep, embodied healing that her retreat in Tulum offered.
