200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training + ReConnect Breathwork Certification

Graduate as a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified ReConnect Breathwork Facilitator.

Mindful Movements

Welcome to Tulili

Three weeks in the jungle. A lifetime of impact.

This 21-day residential immersion includes a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training + ReConnect™ Breathwork Facilitator Certification — a dual-certification experience designed to awaken purpose, embodiment, leadership, and execution.

This is not just one certification — it’s two.
And it’s not just training — it’s transformation.

You won’t leave with only titles.
You’ll leave as a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified ReConnect Breathwork Facilitator, with a clear plan to live your purpose.

Through immersive daily practice, breathwork facilitation training, sacred living, community, and deep integration, students move beyond learning yoga and into becoming the practice — physically, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.

This immersion includes the Yoga-preneurship Program — a business and leadership accelerator designed to support you in turning your calling into a sustainable, real-world path.

Not just purpose.
Not just passion.

But structure. Strategy. Execution. Embodiment.

You don’t just graduate as a teacher.
You leave as a leader. A guide. A facilitator. A creator. A founder.

With two certifications.
A clear vision.
And a real plan to execute it.

Why This Training Is Different

The truth is, I created the yoga school I wish existed.

After years of teaching and leading retreats, I saw what most 200-hour trainings were missing. They offer philosophy, sequencing, and a certificate — but they don’t teach you how to build a life with it. I didn’t want you to leave with just an education; I wanted you to leave with execution.

This immersion is a dual-certification experience, meaning you graduate as both a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher and a Certified ReConnect™ Breathwork Facilitator. That’s two certifications in one training — giving you not just one path, but multiple avenues to pursue your purpose. You can teach yoga, facilitate breathwork, combine both, lead workshops, host retreats, work in recovery spaces, or build your own brand. And beyond the credentials, you leave with a clear business and leadership framework — a structured plan to turn your calling into something sustainable and real. Because purpose without execution remains a dream. This training is different because it doesn’t just prepare teachers — it develops grounded, embodied leaders who are ready to create impact in the real world.

Meet the Founder

Caro is the Founder of Mindful Movement Retreats and Yoga School, a space devoted to deep transformation through embodied practice, nervous system regulation, and conscious leadership.

She is a Certified 200-Hour Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Licensed Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) Leader, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified ReConnect™ Breathwork Facilitator. Her work specializes in somatic release and emotional processing, integrating traditional yoga philosophy with nervous system science, recovery principles, and trauma-informed facilitation.

While her credentials are extensive, her work is rooted in lived experience. Yoga was not simply a training she completed — it was a practice that changed her life. It became a pathway to healing, embodiment, and alignment with her purpose. Through that transformation, she discovered that sustainable change happens when the body, breath, and nervous system are all included in the process.

After years of teaching and leading retreats, Caro recognized something missing in most yoga schools: the bridge between certification and real-world execution. This led her to create the Yoga-preneurship Program — a business and leadership framework built on the belief that entrepreneurship is one of the deepest forms of self-development. Because building something of your own requires clarity, discipline, resilience, and embodiment.

Her mission is simple: to pass on the gift that was given to her — not just through education, but through mentorship that prepares students to lead, build, and create meaningful impact in their communities.

The Structure of the Immersion

This 21-day residential training follows a powerful weekly rhythm designed to create depth, mastery, and integration.

Each day builds intentionally upon the next — balancing discipline, embodiment, breath, philosophy, and experiential learning.

Monday • Wednesday • Friday

Asana Immersion

These days are devoted to the study and embodiment of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga.

Students refine alignment, intelligent sequencing, anatomy, hands-on assists, cueing, and teaching methodology. The focus is precision, confidence, and embodied leadership — learning not only how to practice, but how to teach with clarity and integrity.

Tuesday • Thursday

ReConnect™ Breathwork + Yoga Philosophy

These days are dedicated to breathwork facilitation training and the deeper layers of yogic wisdom.

Students are trained in ReConnect™ Breathwork, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, safety, and integration. Yoga philosophy is woven in as a lived practice, exploring the Eight Limbs and how ancient teachings apply to modern life, leadership, and healing spaces.

Pre-Training Foundation (Before Arrival)

This immersion begins before you ever arrive in the jungle.

All students complete a guided pre-training foundation designed to prepare the body, mind, and nervous system for the depth and intensity of the 21-day residential immersion.

This preparation phase ensures that students arrive regulated, oriented, and ready to fully engage with the training — rather than using the immersion itself as an acclimation period.

Week One — Foundation & Embodiment

Theme: Discipline, awareness, roots of yoga

Students are grounded in daily Ashtanga and Vinyasa practice, alongside foundational ReConnect™ Breathwork training and the study of anatomy, energetics, and yoga philosophy. The focus is on building awareness from the inside out — understanding the body, the breath, and the nervous system as one integrated system.

Emphasis is placed on embodiment, regulation, and developing a consistent personal practice. Before learning how to lead others, students learn how to lead themselves.

This week is not performance-based. It is about presence, stability, and deep listening. Students begin to experience yoga not as a series of techniques, but as a living discipline — one that informs how they move, breathe, think, and respond.

The foundation created in this first week becomes the base for all teaching, facilitation, leadership, and service that follows.

Week Two — Integration & Leadership

Theme: Living the Teachings

Week Two moves students from personal practice into embodied leadership.

The focus expands into teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, voice development, class structure, cueing, hands-on guidance, and group facilitation. Students begin to practice teaching in a supportive, mentored environment — refining clarity, presence, and confidence.

Breathwork facilitation deepens during this week, with an emphasis on safety, emotional processing, and holding regulated space for others. Nervous system awareness shifts from being a personal tool to becoming a leadership capacity.

Yoga philosophy evolves from theory into lived integration. Students begin to embody the teachings — not just understand them intellectually, but apply them in real time through how they speak, guide, and lead.

This week bridges the transition from practitioner to teacher — from internal study to external expression.

Week Three — Purpose & Execution

Theme: From Practice to Path

Students integrate everything they have learned into real-world application through service-based leadership, personal mission development, and practical execution. This is where the training moves beyond study and into lived alignment.

This week includes the full integration of the Yoga-preneurship Program — supporting students in translating their calling into a sustainable and aligned path. Together, we explore purpose, service models, ethical leadership, brand identity, and long-term sustainability.

Students refine their voice, clarify their vision, and begin building a structure for how their work will exist in the world — whether through classes, workshops, retreats, private sessions, or entrepreneurial ventures.

Students leave with more than certifications.

They leave with clarity.
With direction.
With a tangible plan for implementation.

This is the transition from teacher to leader.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
How It Works
  • We believe the depth of this certification requires alignment, readiness, and intention. The application allows us to ensure this immersive experience is the right fit for you — and that you are prepared for the commitment, growth, and leadership development this container requires.

    This is not about exclusivity.
    It’s about integrity.

We review each application carefully to make sure the training supports your goals, your experience level, and your vision. If aligned, you will be invited to move forward with enrollment and secure your space.

  • Once accepted, you will be scheduled for a personal discovery call.

This call allows us to align fully — clarifying your intentions, answering questions, and ensuring you feel prepared for the journey ahead. We will discuss your goals, experience level, and how to best support you throughout the immersion.

You’ll also receive guidance on how to physically, mentally, and professionally prepare for the training, so you arrive grounded, clear, and ready.

This step is about setting you up for success — not just enrolling you, but supporting you from the very beginning.

  • After enrollment, you’ll receive access to a private online portal designed to fully prepare you for the training.

Inside, you’ll find foundational materials, recommended readings, preparatory practices, and guidance to help you arrive grounded and ready. This ensures that when the immersion begins, you are not starting from zero — you are stepping in prepared and aligned.

  • You’ll then spend three weeks fully devoted to the training — immersed in practice, study, breathwork, philosophy, leadership development, and experiential integration.

This is a focused, sacred container designed to support deep transformation and real skill development. For 21 days, your priority becomes embodiment, mastery, and direction.

  • After graduation, you’ll receive a private 30-minute follow-up call.

This session is designed to support integration, refine your next steps, and ensure you feel clear and confident as you begin implementing what you’ve built. Whether it’s teaching, launching, facilitating, or refining your direction — you are not left alone after completion.

Your leadership continues beyond the certificate.
