Mindful Movements:
200 hr yoga teacher training
Welcome to Tuili
Three weeks in the jungle. A lifetime of impact.
This 21-day Ashtanga/Vinyasa 200-hour residential jungle immersion is designed to awaken purpose, embodiment, leadership, and execution.
This is not just a certification — it’s a transformation.
You won’t leave with only a title.
You’ll leave with a plan to live your purpose.
Through immersive daily practice, sacred living, community, and integration, students move beyond learning yoga and into becoming the practice — physically, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.
This immersion includes the Yoga-preneurship Program — a business and leadership accelerator designed to support you in turning your calling into a sustainable, real-world path.
Not just purpose.
Not just passion.
But structure.
Strategy.
Execution.
And embodiment.
You don’t just graduate as a teacher.
You leave as a leader.
A guide.
A creator.
A founder.
With a clear vision and a real plan to execute it.

The Rhythm of the Immersion
Daily Ashtanga 6:30 AM | Vinyasa Every Other Day | Sunday Off | Saturdays End 2 PM
This 200-hour training is designed as a layered learning experience, beginning with structured pre-training preparation and followed by a 21-day residential jungle immersion.
Before arriving on site, students complete a guided pre-training foundation designed to prepare the body, mind, and nervous system for the intensity and depth of the immersion. This ensures that participants arrive grounded, oriented, and ready to fully engage in the residential training experience.
The on-site immersion is built around a consistent daily rhythm that supports learning, integration, nervous system regulation, and personal development. Each day is intentionally structured to balance physical practice, study, rest, reflection, and application.
This rhythm creates stability, safety, and continuity, allowing students to move through the training with clarity, focus, and sustainability.
The immersion is not designed to overwhelm students with intensity, but to support deep learning through structure, repetition, embodiment, and integration.
From this foundation, the training unfolds through a clear three-week progression. Each week builds intentionally on the one before it, creating a structured developmental path rather than isolated learning blocks.
The journey moves through three distinct phases:
foundation, integration, and execution.
This progression supports a natural evolution from student to practitioner, from practitioner to teacher, and from teacher to leader.
Three-Week Structure Overview
The immersion is organized into a three-week framework, with each week carrying a specific developmental focus and training intention.
The detailed weekly breakdown begins below.
Theme: Discipline, awareness, roots of yoga
Pre-Training Foundation (Before Arrival)
This immersion begins before you ever arrive in the jungle.
All students complete a guided pre-training foundation designed to prepare the body, mind, and nervous system for the depth and intensity of the 21-day residential immersion.
This preparation phase ensures that students arrive regulated, oriented, and ready to fully engage with the training — rather than using the immersion itself as an acclimation period.
Week One establishes the roots of the training. Students are grounded in daily Ashtanga and Vinyasa practice, breathwork, and foundational study of anatomy, energetics, and philosophy. Emphasis is placed on embodiment, regulation, and developing a consistent personal practice.
This week is not performance-based. It is about presence, awareness, and creating stability in the body and mind. Students learn to experience yoga as a living discipline rather than a set of techniques.
The foundation created in this week becomes the base for all teaching, leadership, and service that follows.
Theme: Living the Teachings
Week Two moves students from personal practice into embodied leadership. The focus shifts toward teaching methodology, voice development, sequencing, class structure, cueing, holding space, and group facilitation.
Philosophy becomes lived experience rather than theory, and nervous system regulation becomes a leadership capacity rather than a personal tool.
This week bridges the transition from practitioner to teacher.
Theme: From Practice to Path
Week Three is where embodiment becomes direction. Students integrate their training into real-world application through service-based leadership, personal mission development, and practical execution.
This week includes the integration of the Yoga-preneurship Program, supporting students in translating their calling into a sustainable and aligned path. Students develop clarity around purpose, service models, ethical leadership, and long-term sustainability.
Students leave with more than a certification — they leave with structure, direction, and a plan for implementation.
This is the transition from teacher to leader.
Week One — Foundation & Embodiment
