WEEK 1: FOUNDATION – Returning to Your Roots

We began by grounding into truth. This was your invitation to come home to your body, regulate your nervous system, and lay a solid foundation of self-awareness. You were reminded that healing begins with safety, structure, and support—from within.

Focus: Nervous system regulation, daily presence, breath, intention-setting, and the truth that you are your own healer.

WEEK 2: DETOX – Shedding What No Longer Serves

Once rooted, we began to release. This phase focused on clearing physical, emotional, and energetic clutter. You likely felt tired—and that’s okay. This was your cocoon. The detox phase asked you to let go of what is not in alignment with your higher self so that real clarity could emerge.

Focus: Lowering cortisol, breaking cycles, eliminating toxicity (in thoughts, food, habits, and beliefs), and creating space for lightness.

WEEK 3: ALIGNMENT – Union of Mind, Body & Spirit

With a strong foundation and a cleared path, week 3 was about integration. Here, we introduced the 8 Limbs of Yoga to help you fully align with your essence. No more forcing. No more chasing. Just embodying. You didn’t just learn the philosophy—you lived it.
