every week includes a guided meditation created to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner connection. these meditations may incorporate breathwork, body awareness, grounding techniques, and visualization, offering you a consistent space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

each week you’ll also receive a short nutrition tip video focused on simple, realistic ways to nourish your body. these teachings emphasize mindful eating, sustainable habits, and nervous-system-supportive nutrition, helping you build a healthier relationship with food without restriction or overwhelm.

Conscuous Caro

rooted in my own journey through addiction, trauma, and inner child healing, my work is guided by spiritual practice and nervous system regulation. the path back to myself became a living blueprint — one that now supports others in healing, remembering who they are, and returning home to their bodies and truth. everything i teach is born from the gift i was given: the lifelong journey of becoming whole.

i am a nesta certified personal trainer, 200-hour ashtanga/vinyasa yoga teacher, licensed y12sr leader, holistic health coach, and mentor. today, my work spans mindful movement retreats around the world, 1:1 somatic release sessions, my online mindful movement studio, and the temple within — a yoga lifestyle brand created to bring intention, presence, and connection into every practice. through the fusion of movement, somatic awareness, and spiritual embodiment, i guide others toward deeper alignment, inner power, and their soul’s purpose.
